The Recruiting Program Manager, Early Talent & Military plays an active role in executing enterprise-aligned early-career recruiting initiatives for college students, while also contributing to military-connected recruiting efforts, including the DoD SkillBridge program. This role supports the recruitment lifecycle in close partnership with assigned Lines of Business (LOBs), ensuring college and military recruiting efforts align with Clean Harbors’ enterprise talent programs, workforce planning priorities, and long-term pipeline strategy. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external partners, the role delivers a seamless, positive candidate experience for students entering the workforce and those in the military-connected community.
