Role Description We’re looking for a scrappy, sharp Recruiting Operations & Sourcing Contractor to jump in and help us build strong pipelines and keep our recruiting engine running efficiently. This role is a mix of hands-on sourcing (about 2/3 of your time) and recruiting ops + coordination (about 1/3). It’s perfect for someone early in their career who wants to level up fast. You’ll work closely with the recruiting team, helping us find great people while also making sure the process behind the scenes is best in class.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or recruiting ops
  • Super organized and detail-oriented (you don’t drop balls)
  • Curious and resourceful — you figure things out quickly
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Strong communicator (clear, concise, and candidate-friendly)

Responsibilities

  • Hunt down great candidates across technical and non-technical roles
  • Build and nurture pipelines we can tap into now and later
  • Run market maps to understand where top talent lives
  • Partner with recruiters to calibrate on profiles and refine searches
  • Keep a pulse on pipeline health and sourcing performance
  • Help keep interviews running smoothly (scheduling, comms, logistics)
  • Own data hygiene in our ATS (clean data = better hiring)
  • Spot inefficiencies and help us tighten up our recruiting processes
  • Pull basic reports and share insights on what’s working / not working
  • Pitch in wherever needed — we’re a small, fast-moving team
