This is a more senior, high-impact role designed to take ownership of operations, analytics, and infrastructure- freeing up time for leadership to focus on strategy and hiring outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who has come up through recruiting and is ready to step away from direct candidate management, leaning instead into operations, systems, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll sit at the center of a high-volume recruiting engine, ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and continuously improving.
