About The Position

Facilitate the identification, selection, and adoption of tools that drive important outcomes on HR and talent-related initiatives. Responsible for streamlining workflows through automation, leading key departmental projects, and ensuring that every interaction a candidate or employee has with Sheetz is seamless, efficient, and user-friendly. Play an important role in turning complex data into actionable insights that solve people-related business challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Data Science, or HR/Business/Marketing-related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software implementations, user adoption, and process optimization in large, complex organizations required.
  • Experience focused on HR and Talent projects strongly preferred
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Automation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maximize the development of internal talent through regular performance coaching, performance reviews and presenting developmental opportunities.
  • Align area objectives with the strategic goals of the department.
  • Define measurable, individual performance goals, monitor and communicate via regular feedback and annual performance reviews.
  • Research: Research technology verticals to inform leaders on emerging trends and new products that could solve problems in the HR delivery model.
  • Enable Insights: Work independently and with internal data teams to process incoming analytics requests; work with leaders to interpret data and uncover insights to solve business challenges.
  • Technology: Drive exploration, selection, implementations, and adoption as needed to help departments innovate and get the most out of their technologies. Manage vendor relationships and serves as the Level 0/1 escalation point for some technology platforms. Own and optimize departmental technology tools outside of core enterprise tools managed by the HRIS team.
  • Efficiency: Build, document and optimize processes to ensure efficiencies in speed, cost, quality and experience across a wide variety of departmental activities. Automates processes when appropriate.
  • Project Management: Own the setup, management, and delivery of projects within the scope of this role.
  • Experience Design: Build a consumer experience layer on top of products and services to ensure that candidates and employees have an easy and enjoyable time engaging with Sheetz HR processes.
  • Program Development: Develop, manage and optimize new and existing programs to ensure they are thoughtfully launched and closely managed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Adoption: Understands assigned systems inside and out, responsible for training on assigned systems, and supporting users to build a good user experience.
