We’re looking for a Recruiting Manager with years of experience using Rippling’s ATS to lead full-cycle recruiting at Tixr. In this role, you’ll manage the hiring process end-to-end — from top-of-funnel sourcing and screening, to advising hiring managers, to closing offers and onboarding new team members. You’ll work directly with leaders across all functions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and efficient hiring processes. You’ll liaise with finance to manage approvals and comp packages, and partner with our third-party recruiting firm to accelerate hiring for priority roles. As we grow, you’ll take ownership of the employee lifecycle and help out with onboarding and off-boarding processes that expand into HR and People Ops initiatives. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and can balance execution with process improvement.
