About The Position

We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead BigPanda’s recruiting efforts while managing a small, globally distributed recruiting team. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will personally drive searches while building strong recruiting processes, coaching recruiters, and partnering closely with business leaders. The ideal background for this role is a mix of startup to mid-size B2B technical SaaS talent acquisition experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including strong ownership of enterprise GTM roles, within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Small team management and leadership experience is required.
  • Comfort operating as a player-coach in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and candidate advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end recruiting for roles across Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and actively source to be successful in this role.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, forecast demand, and advise on talent market dynamics.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a small global recruiting team, ensuring consistent quality, speed, and candidate experience.
  • Build scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and hiring best practices across regions.
  • Continuously improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
