The Recruiting Manager is responsible for driving all aspects of the talent recruitment process for non-exempt and select exempt level candidates not requiring elevated Executive Search Firm engagement. The Recruiting Manager is responsible for understanding all available systems/tools and strategically analyzing recruiting efforts (measuring, evaluating, reporting, and planning based on quantifiable results). Additional Responsibilities at Hilton Norfolk The Main 28. Supplies Name Tags for all Associates as required. Maintains name tag inventory and troubleshoots machine as needed 29. Generates reports on staffing levels including recruitment efforts based on targeted goals. 30. Provides Benefits related support as needed with printing benefit materials for onsite meetings, inquiries about plans, form completion, reporting and compliance. 31. Completes purchase orders utilizing purchasing system 32. Maintains and updates Associate records on the Source, including profile pictures, reporting structure, associate information, etc. 33. Assists with Personnel Action Form (PAF) processing for transfers, address and name changes, and terminations. 34. Supports Associates with gaining access to payroll data and escalates payroll related questions if needed. 35. Responds to non-payroll Employment Verifications 36. Manages time clock enrollment, inquiries and troubleshooting 37. Promotes HRT bus pass program and assists with Associate requests. 38. Oversees management of uniform inventory including ordering, receiving, department billing, distribution, payroll deductions, and physical inventory. 39. Performs administrative duties such as filing, reporting, tracking, photocopying, etc. 40. Supports Associate engagement efforts on property.
