Our Newest Opportunity: The Recruiting Manager plays a critical leadership role within the Talent Acquisition function at OneDigital Advanced Health. This position oversees the Recruiting Specialists, drives recruiting strategy, and ensures the effective delivery of a consistent, high‑quality hiring experience. With a strong focus on Benefit Advisor recruitment, the Recruiting Manager is responsible for attracting top talent, optimizing recruitment processes, and representing ODAH in final‑round, on‑site interviews. Your leadership and strategic insight will directly influence the quality of our workforce and support the continued growth and success of the organization.

Requirements

  • Prior recruitment experience required; leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven success meeting hiring metrics and achieving recruiting goals.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Professional presence and confidence when conducting final‑round interviews.
  • Solid understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with productivity platforms.
  • Good attendance and conduct standing with the company.
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak hiring seasons.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Recruiting Specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with organizational goals, staffing needs, and market trends.
  • Ensure recruiting processes are efficient, scalable, and provide an excellent candidate experience.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (pipeline, hiring velocity, quality of hire, etc.).
  • Partner with department leaders to forecast hiring needs and prioritize recruiting efforts.
  • Conduct on‑site final‑round interviews for key roles, particularly Benefit Advisors and other high-impact positions.
  • Oversee the sourcing, screening, and assessment strategies used by the recruiting team.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of talent market conditions, competitor activity, and compensation trends.
  • Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Work with third-party sourcing partners as needed.
  • Review and approve job postings, outreach messaging, and hiring recommendations from the team.
  • Ensure consistent, accurate use of the applicant tracking system, maintaining data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership on onboarding and new‑hire transition processes.
  • Represent ODAH at job fairs, recruitment events, and industry networking opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
