Job Description: We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with our Director of Talent Acquisition to help evolve how we attract, evaluate, and hire great people across our restaurants and Support Center. This is a high impact, highly visible role for a strategic, curious and hands-on Talent leader eager to shape the future of Convive’s workforce. You will oversee full-cycle recruiting, partner with senior leaders to understand staffing priorities, build scalable sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage. You will play a key role in advancing our employer brand, strengthening our talent acquisition processes, and ensuring we bring in high performing team members who embody Convive’s values and aspirations.
