Job Description: We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with our Director of Talent Acquisition to help evolve how we attract, evaluate, and hire great people across our restaurants and Support Center. This is a high impact, highly visible role for a strategic, curious and hands-on Talent leader eager to shape the future of Convive’s workforce. You will oversee full-cycle recruiting, partner with senior leaders to understand staffing priorities, build scalable sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage. You will play a key role in advancing our employer brand, strengthening our talent acquisition processes, and ensuring we bring in high performing team members who embody Convive’s values and aspirations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant recruiting management.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology; Workday experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate cross functionally.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and problem solving skills.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a growth orientation, continually evaluating and refining our recruiting strategies, processes, and tools to drive ongoing improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full cycle recruitment process for restaurant operations and some corporate roles.
  • Develop hiring strategies aligned with organizational priorities and growth plans.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and coach them on recruitment best practices.
  • Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to reach diverse and high quality talent pools.
  • Maintain expertise in recruiting trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Deliver a warm, clear, and thoughtful candidate experience that reflects our brand and values.
  • Build upon our processes that ensure consistency, efficiency, and fairness in hiring.
  • Maintain and optimize the Workday ATS, ensuring accurate data, efficient workflows, and ongoing enhancements that improve the recruiting process.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze recruiting data and trends to inform strategic decision making.

  • The annualized salary range for this position (plus a bonus) is: $90,000- $100,000
