About The Position

eSimplicity is a modern digital services company that partners with government agencies to improve the lives and protect the well-being of all Americans, from veterans and service members to children, families, and seniors. Our engineers, designers, and strategists cut through complexity to create intuitive products and services that equip federal agencies with solutions to courageously transform today for a better tomorrow. We're looking for a curious, organized, and people-driven intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. You'll get hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing candidates to supporting hiring managers and leave with a real understanding of how great teams are built.

Requirements

  • Current sophomore or junior college student pursing a bachelor's degree
  • Self-starter with ability to work effectively independently
  • Genuine interest in talent, people operations, or HR
  • Ability to quickly comprehend processes and learn systems and tools
  • Able to simultaneously handle multiple projects
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with conducting independent research
  • Cross collaborative and good communication skills to be able to communicate across teams and deliver quality projects on time
  • eSimplicity supports a hybrid work environment operating within the Eastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our government clients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by your manager.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and talent pipelines
  • Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and own candidate communications
  • Maintain and improve data in our ATS
  • Support job description writing, posting, and employer branding content
  • Assist with recruiting metrics, reporting, and process documentation
  • Partner with recruiters on specific hiring searches from kickoff to offer
  • Answer email inquiries and provide basic company information
  • Assist in preparing information for presentations and company playbooks
  • Attend and help plan company functions and networking events
