About The Position

Represent Koch Foods through positive interaction with potential candidates. Provide a positive candidate experience and winning first impression, acting as an ambassador for Koch Foods. Conduct full-cycle recruiting for all open hourly positions. Schedule interviews and manage communication with hiring managers and candidates. Review job descriptions ensuring accurate information and consistency with company standards. Assist with scheduling recruiting events, career fairs, etc. Provide other relative administrative support as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Organized with attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of coordinating and scheduling experience within a recruiting environment.
• Strong understanding and aptitude for technology, with hands-on experience using online programs, social media, and other relevant tools.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferred in HR, Business or other closely related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus but not required.
