About The Position

Reducto helps AI teams ingest real world enterprise data with state of the art accuracy. The vast majority of enterprise data — from financial statements to health records — is locked in unstructured file formats like PDFs and spreadsheets. We train vision models to read those documents the way a human would, and make it possible to build products, train models, and automate processes at scale. We've raised over 100M from world-class investors like A16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital, and are hiring a recruiting coordinator. As Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a key role in scaling Reducto's team as we grow rapidly. You'll collaborate closely with founders, hiring managers, and the broader team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and build the recruiting infrastructure that enables us to attract world-class talent. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape our hiring processes and company culture from the ground up. The core work will include:

Requirements

  • Hold yourself to a high bar for quality and precision
  • Have a bias towards action and enjoy solving complex problems
  • Have 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition operations
  • Operate well in fast-changing, high-growth environments
  • Collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Take full ownership from strategy through execution

  • Are familiar with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse,LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end interview coordination, managing complex scheduling across multiple time zones while ensuring every candidate has a seamless experience
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely communication and representing Reducto's culture and values
  • Build and optimize recruiting operations including ATS management, pipeline tracking, metrics reporting, and process improvements that scale with our growth
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to prepare interview materials, coordinate debriefs, manage feedback loops, and support offer processes
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks in our recruiting workflow and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and candidate satisfaction
