About The Position

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical operational role within the Talent Acquisition function, providing administrative and coordination support across the full recruitment lifecycle. This position is responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience while supporting recruiters and hiring managers in executing high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives. This role serves as a foundational entry point into Human Resources, offering exposure to recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, administrative support, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering positive candidate experience.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ATS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Greenhouse) is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or exposure to HR/recruitment processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment of calendars and timely communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, delivering professional and responsive candidate experience.
  • Manage interview logistics, including virtual meeting setup, onsite coordination, and interview confirmations.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates regarding interview status, next steps, and onboarding timelines.
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience aligned with employer branding standards.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support job posting processes across internal and external platforms.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruitment metrics such as interview volume, time-to-schedule, and candidate pipeline activity.
  • Assist recruiters with resume screening, candidate pipeline management, and requisition tracking.
  • Support offer process coordination, including background checks, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding documentation.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support audit readiness by maintaining organized and accurate recruitment documentation.
