Sprout is looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to our growing Team!

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Recruiting Coordinator experience
  • Excellent orginizational skills
  • Recruiting and interviewing skills
  • Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
  • Supports workplace diversity
  • Familiarity with relevant employment Law
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Conducts employment-related research and assists recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing of qualified candidates.
  • Assists recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level
  • Refers appropriate candidates to recruiter and/or hiring supervisor.
  • Prepare and send offer letters
  • Initiate and support all candidates going through the onboarding process
  • Update reporting with correct information tracking people through the process (iCims and Recruiting Matrix)
  • Confirm and coordinate start dates with candidates and hiring managers
  • Make sure information flows correctly to HRIS
  • Send out first day notifications to appropriate social media
  • Support the recruiting function at any events necessary
