About The Position

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality hiring process and a seamless candidate experience. You will manage interview logistics, onsite interviews, and provide general support to recruiting and hiring teams. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support university recruiting initiatives, sourcing efforts, and more. This is a highly dynamic role requiring adaptability, the ability to balance multiple competing priorities, and collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate is someone who is keenly detail-oriented, proactive in obtaining necessary information, and passionate about delivering a world-class candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Talent acquisition
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) tools
  • 1-2 years of recruiting coordinator experience from the tech industry or a fast-paced startup preferred
  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting coordination experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiting coordinator in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to manage high-volume scheduling with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Extremely organized and comfortable with frequent prioritization in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable and professional in representing the company to candidates across all levels and functions.
  • Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to multi-task and operate with little direction while still being an active team member.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate a high volume of phone, virtual, and onsite interviews, including travel coordination, with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Deliver an excellent and consistent candidate experience throughout the candidate life cycle.
  • Coordinate candidate travel and process candidate reimbursements for travel and related expenses.
  • Manage onsite candidate visits to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional experience.
  • Assist the recruiting team in various tasks, including applicant tracking system maintenance, process improvement projects, university recruiting coordination, and sourcing.
  • Support People and Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
