About The Position

This is a high-impact, in-office role based in Seattle, supporting three recruiters in a fast-paced environment with frequent onsite interviews, events, and hiring initiatives. You’ll be at the center of our hiring efforts—owning interview coordination, onsite logistics, recruiting operations, and employer brand support—while continuously improving how we hire. What You’ll Do Interview & Onsite Coordination Coordinate high-volume interviews across multiple teams and time zones Own end-to-end logistics for onsite interviews, including schedules, room setup, candidate hospitality, and follow-ups Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless, professional experience Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and calmly Recruiting Operations & Process Improvement Maintain accurate data and workflows in our ATS and related tools Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling, communication, and recruiting processes Build and document repeatable processes that support a growing recruiting function Support reporting, metrics, and operational projects as needed Employer Brand & Recruiting Marketing Support Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, onsite visits, and employer brand initiatives Support job postings, candidate communications, and recruiting materials Partner with recruiting and marketing teams on hiring-related campaigns and content Team & Office Support Act as a key in-office partner for the recruiting team, helping coordinate interviews and events on site Serve as a welcoming, professional point of contact for candidates visiting our Seattle office Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure recruiters can focus on closing great talent Qualifications 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or a similar fast-paced administrative role Familiarity with ATS tools Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling with accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in-office in Seattle and supporting frequent onsite interviews High level of professionalism, discretion, and candidate-first mindset Nice to Haves Experience supporting multiple recruiters or a growing startup / high-growth company Experience supporting recruiting events or employer branding initiatives Interest in recruiting operations, process improvement, or growing into a recruiting or HR career path Compensation The salary range for this position is $80,000-90,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or a similar fast-paced administrative role
  • Familiarity with ATS tools
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in-office in Seattle and supporting frequent onsite interviews
