Requirements

  • Someone with a knack for organization and finding creative solutions to problems
  • An effective problem solver and able to make decisions quickly
  • Able to work well in high volume scenarios
  • An effective communicator who enjoys building new relationships
  • Someone who’s passionate about providing a world-class candidate experience
  • Experience with online systems, calendar tools such as Goodtime, and the Google suite
  • BA/BS degree required
  • 1+ years of coordination experience in recruiting or HR

Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between recruiting partners and candidates.
  • Schedule and facilitate all phone, video, and onsite interviews
  • Communicate daily with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other parties involved with the interview process
  • Reschedule and problem-solve as needed when candidate interview schedules require changes
  • Provide a best in class experience for candidates
