About The Position

Corvid Technologies is expanding its Talent Acquisition Team with the addition of a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring initiatives across the organization. This position will help coordinate and conduct on-site interviews, review and disposition applications, and play a key role in the first day experience by leading onboarding for new team members. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships across the organization, developing an understanding of our business and how talent acquisition and process management drives success for the organization. Candidate should develop a high-level technical understanding of Corvid's broad technical portfolio as well as learn to work with (and develop) processes to efficiently attract and acquire engineering talent. Additionally, you will support HR functions, primarily around on-boarding and orientation, alongside working traditional recruiting activities.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be a US Citizen
  • Position requires at least a High School Diploma (preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field)
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Demonstrated communication skills are required (both verbal and written)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a sales position or high-end customer service position is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and dispositioning candidates for technical openings
  • Coordinating on-boarding activities, including working with new team members to complete required forms and conducting first day on-boarding
  • Coordinating and conducting onsite interviews with candidates with a focus on candidate experience
  • Coordinating Summer Intern Program
  • Preparing and presenting employment offers to candidates of all levels
  • Supporting HR activities related to Talent Acquisition and Management
