About The Position

The Part-Time Recruiter supports the national recruiting function by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and administrative recruiting tasks across multiple locations and brands. This role works closely with the National Recruiting Manager and hiring managers to help maintain hiring speed, consistency, and compliance while delivering a positive candidate experience. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with ATS systems (Paylocity experience preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with basic employment compliance concepts (EEOC, background checks, hiring documentation) preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels
  • Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screening based on defined role criteria
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Paylocity and other recruiting systems
  • Support job posting creation, updates, and reposting as needed
  • Assist with offer preparation and pre-hire documentation coordination
  • Ensure recruiting activities follow EEOC, FCRA, and company compliance standards
  • Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support recruiting metrics tracking and reporting as requested
  • Assist with special recruiting projects and process improvements as needed
