About The Position

IAT Insurance Group has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team that can be located at any IAT location. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and new hires while supporting the recruiting team with administrative and operational tasks. This role is deal for individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing multiple priorities. This role works a hybrid schedule from an IAT Office Monday through Wednesday, with the option of working Thursday and Friday remotely.

Requirements

  • High School degree with two year of relevant experience.
  • Onboarding experience in a professional, fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require VISA sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment purposes.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience in recruiting coordination or HR support.
  • Familiarity with WORKDAY or any other applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Own and centralize the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a seamless experience (with backup support as needed).
  • Manually post job openings on specific job boards when required.
  • Oversee and execute the annual purge of I-9 documentation in compliance with federal regulations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to temporary recruiting needs.
  • Manage and process recruiting-related invoices accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update labor law posters across all locations.
  • Oversee new hire welcome gifts process and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain company-branded merchandise for recruiting and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
