About The Position

The Recruiting Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting the Talent
Acquisition team and delivering a positive candidate experience. This position
assists with daily recruiting operations, helps manage onboarding tasks, and
ensures all required documentation and pre-employment steps are completed
accurately and on time. This role requires strong organization, attention to
detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while providing professional
and courteous service to applicants, hiring managers, and internal HR partners.
The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with recruiters, HR teams, and
leadership to support hiring efforts and ensure new hires are fully prepared for
their first day.
