Directly reporting to the Director of Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness, supporting ACCO’s internal corporate recruiters and hiring managers, this position ensures that candidates are informed and engaged throughout the process and that all administrative aspects of the hiring process work quickly and effectively. The Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with a variety of stakeholders (e.g., candidates, hiring managers, recruiters), taking proactive steps to plan and oversee key parts of the process including interviewing scheduling, candidate travel, offer, background, etc., providing timely and professional communications, taking initiative to solve problems and follow up, and helping to influence positive hiring outcomes. The Coordinator directly interacts with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience by helping to streamline the interview process to find highly skilled team members to join the leading Mechanical contractor on the West Coast.
