About The Position

We’re hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support Engineering, Product, and Analytics recruiting at Hims & Hers, three core functions powering how millions of people experience personalized, tech-enabled health and wellness. You’ll play a pivotal role on the Technical Recruiting team, partnering with recruiters and sourcers to deliver a seamless, exceptional candidate experience while keeping our recruiting engine running with precision and speed. From scheduling interviews and managing logistics to maintaining data accuracy in Ashby and improving operational workflows, you’ll ensure every process runs smoothly and every candidate interaction reflects the bar we hold as a company. You’ll be the operational backbone that helps us move fast, stay organized, and continually raise the bar for quality, not just in how we attract and hire talent but in how we develop internal excellence across interviewer shadow programs, process initiatives, and recruiting operations that scale with our business. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Technical Recruiting, and is a 6-month, temp-to-hire role with the potential to be extended or converted to a full-time position.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting coordination or scheduling experience, ideally supporting recruiters and sourcers for technical and high-volume teams in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Proficiency with Ashby as an ATS (or similar), along with GSuite.
  • A mindset grounded in ownership, precision, and continuous improvement. You anticipate needs and act before problems arise.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. You build trust across all levels, from engineers to executives.
  • Experience managing logistics across multiple time zones, including U.S. and international candidates.
  • Comfort working through shifting priorities while maintaining structure and calm under pressure.
  • A passion for process excellence, operational rigor, and creating memorable candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own interview scheduling end to end for Engineering, Product, and Analytics roles across time zones and hiring teams, ensuring a polished, exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and move candidates through the funnel with precision and urgency.
  • Support technical recruiting data integrity and reporting accuracy in Ashby, ensuring clean pipelines and reliable insights for the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with executive assistants, leadership, and interviewers to coordinate complex panels, including senior-level and leadership interviews.
  • Contribute to and support process improvement projects across our tech domains, including the Interview Shadow & Reverse-Shadow Program and ongoing recruiting process optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing, low-ego recruiting team that values curiosity, ownership, and humor, continuously improving how we operate and show up for candidates and each other.
  • Champion candidate experience excellence, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, templates, and communications that reflect our brand and values.
  • Assist with hiring events and ad hoc TA projects supporting the continued growth of our Technical Recruiting function.
