We’re hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support Engineering, Product, and Analytics recruiting at Hims & Hers, three core functions powering how millions of people experience personalized, tech-enabled health and wellness. You’ll play a pivotal role on the Technical Recruiting team, partnering with recruiters and sourcers to deliver a seamless, exceptional candidate experience while keeping our recruiting engine running with precision and speed. From scheduling interviews and managing logistics to maintaining data accuracy in Ashby and improving operational workflows, you’ll ensure every process runs smoothly and every candidate interaction reflects the bar we hold as a company. At Hims & Hers, our growth depends on both hiring exceptional talent and continuously leveling up how we hire. Recruiting Coordinators make that possible. You’ll be the operational backbone that helps us move fast, stay organized, and continually raise the bar for quality, not just in how we attract and hire talent but in how we develop internal excellence across interviewer shadow programs, process initiatives, and recruiting operations that scale with our business. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Technical Recruiting, and is a 6-month, temp-to-hire role with the potential to be extended or converted to a full-time position.
