About The Position

Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google's AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a scaling company
  • Operational excellence, a data-driven mindset, and a great attitude for multitasking and problem-solving
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness, maintaining candidate confidentiality and privacy
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating schedules and managing communications with C-suite leadership, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration
  • Ability to be in person in our San Francisco office, Monday - Thursday

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a high volume of phone, onsite, and video conference interviews with speed and efficiency
  • Leverage applicant tracking system (Ashby) to automate tasks and focus on candidate experience
  • Improve efficiency by maintaining data accuracy and gathering metrics to help prepare reports to keep recruiters and hiring managers on target
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Manage candidate travel arrangements and process expense claims
  • Meet and greet candidates while they are onsite for interviews
  • Deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience for all candidates
  • Take on projects to impact our workflow and office experiences
  • Please note this is a 6-month contract position and ineligible for full-time benefits below
