About The Position

We’re looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team and partner directly with recruiters and hiring managers. This role is primarily responsible for scheduling interviews and supporting a world-class candidate experience. You’ll also liaise with our executive admin team to help connect candidates with our leadership team. This position will flex between coordination activities based on role priority and team position workload. This is a short term contract expected to last 2-3 months.

Requirements

  • Two plus years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
  • Previous recruiting, HR or administrative coordination experience
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work well under deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively and frequently with both internal and external customers
  • Handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Teams, Slack and basic Excel
  • Experience with ATS systems, Greenhouse preferred

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the candidate scheduling process, end to end, as needed
  • Use our hiring tools like Greenhouse to provide a timely and positive hiring experience and process
  • Manage clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates and hiring partners in written and verbal form
  • Participate in candidate screens, as needed, including completing scorecards in a timely fashion
  • Partners with the Talent Acquisition function by generating offer letters and initiating background checks
  • Arranges virtual or onsite job fair logistics
  • Processes relevant procurement items for contract hires
  • Schedules virtual, onsite, and phone interviews for Talent Acquisition team
  • Serves as the primary contact to start the onboarding of new hires and contractors
  • Manages the overall onboarding process to include ensuring paperwork is gathered and technology prepared
  • Manages tracking of candidate logistics in software and Excel spreadsheets
  • Works with candidates to complete credentialing including background and drug screening
