About The Position

The Recruiting Associate will verify work, training, and driving/safety history of potential CDL driver hires. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties as assigned Conduct verification investigations on all incoming applications by: Conducting background and criminal investigations Verify previous employment and training history Verify licenses and credentials Run Motor Vehicle Report and review accident history Maintain driver files in accordance with DOT regulations. Other related duties, including returned and outgoing mail, running reports, and processing class lists

Requirements

• Must have great communication skills and deal well with different personalities.
• Attention to detail is also important
• Must be familiar with computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
• High school diploma or equivalent is needed.
• Administrative or customer service experience is beneficial.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual ability in Spanish is very helpful.
