Support the recruiting team by managing candidate scheduling, tracking, and coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Contribute to the success of hiring initiatives by delivering qualified, well-vetted candidates across multiple business lines. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly. Enhance the team’s overall recruiting effectiveness by maintaining accurate data, clear communication, and consistent follow-up. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related talent acquisition role (corporate or agency experience welcomed).
  • Strong organizational skills with proven experience in managing scheduling and candidate tracking processes.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally and authentically.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Begin by supporting interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and applicant tracking activities across multiple business lines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and CRM tools.
  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards, and other creative channels.
  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening conversations to assess interest, qualifications, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Develop and maintain organized talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role specifications and sourcing priorities.
  • Track and report on sourcing activity, pipeline status, and key recruiting metrics.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging sourcing tools or strategies.
