About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Recruiting Associate to support Early Careers Recruiting efforts across Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). This role provides critical coordination, administrative, and operational support to Early Careers Recruiters, helping deliver a smooth, compliant, and high-quality recruiting experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners. As a Recruiting Associate, you’ll be at the center of the recruiting process, partnering closely with recruiters, candidates, and business leaders to deliver a professional, inclusive, and engaging hiring experience. You’ll gain exposure to end-to-end recruiting operations, campus and early talent programs, and enterprise-level processes, while developing skills that support long-term growth in talent acquisition and human resources at Wells Fargo. In this role, you will: Partner closely with Early Careers Recruiters supporting Corporate & Investment Banking, providing operational and coordination support throughout the recruiting lifecycle for intern, analyst, and associate roles. Serve as an administrative and operational partner to Recruiters by managing interview coordination, scheduling, candidate logistics, and recruiting workflow execution. Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiting partners. Act as a primary point of contact for Early Careers candidates, Human Resources staff and hiring managers by answering process-related questions and providing timely updates. Support the review and movement of candidates through the hiring process, including resume screening support and candidate status management, as directed by Recruiters. Execute complex administrative and transactional activities across the Talent Acquisition function, including interview scheduling and coordination, recruiting system and CRM updates, compliance and documentation completion, offer support activities, and pre-hire and onboarding coordination. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant records in applicant tracking and recruiting systems in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Serve as a subject matter expert on Early Careers recruiting processes, providing guidance and procedural interpretation to less experienced team members as needed. Support Early Careers recruiting events, campus and program activities, and recruitment marketing efforts through logistical coordination and candidate communications. Assist with early careers sourcing and recruiting strategies by supporting candidate outreach, pipeline development, and engagement activities using tools such as Handshake and CRM platforms. Collaborate effectively within a matrixed environment, partnering with recruiting teams, program partners, and peers across the broader Talent Acquisition organization. Contribute to a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience that reflects Wells Fargo’s commitment to early talent development.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting or executing high volume tracking of candidates, scheduling, data analysis and utilization of recruiting tools such as Handshake and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including awareness of legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements.
  • Strong risk management and compliance skills.
  • Experience communicating and consulting with leaders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a positive and engaging customer and candidate experience.
