Instacart’s Recruiting Operations & Enablement team is building a modern, tech-enabled recruiting engine that blends human expertise with automation to connect exceptional talent to meaningful work. As a Recruiting Associate, you will enable a healthy, high-velocity top-of-funnel and help shape how we attract, evaluate, and engage candidates across the company. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters to open jobs in Greenhouse, review inbound applicants, referrals, and internal candidates, conduct recruiter phone screens, and proactively source talent - while also ensuring strong ATS hygiene, building candidate materials, and championing a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our culture and values. You will also operationalize and scale the use of our recruiting tech stack (like Covey, Brighthire, Modernloop, LinkedIn) to ensure processes are structured and data is accurate, leveraging AI & automation to allow the team to move more efficiently and effectively. It will blend core recruiting skills (managing top of funnel) with operational rigor and tooling expertise. This role is remote within the United States and Canada and collaborates cross-functionally with recruiters, recruiting coordinators, operations partners, and hiring managers. Please note: This is an hourly contract role starting with a 6-month contract, and must be based in the US or Canada.
