About The Position

Carlton National Resources is a national consulting firm specializing in the temporary contract placement of senior-level consultants within the Medical Device, Biotechnology, and Pharmaceutical industries. Additionally, we excel in placing senior-level Software and Hardware consultants across various sectors. As part of our company's expansion, we are seeking future leaders to join our team as Recruiting/Business Development Interns. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment and business development, working closely with our recruiting team to learn industry-standard techniques. The intern will gain exposure to resume sourcing, research, business development, consultant care, and various administrative tasks. This role offers high-quality training for entry-level positions in recruitment and communication roles. Requirements

  • Must be a current student at the junior or senior level pursuing a Bachelor's degree, or a recent graduate (Master's candidates will also be considered).
  • Self-starter with strong results orientation, resourcefulness, and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing resumes and conducting research to identify potential candidates and business leads.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client demands and contribute to candidate placement efforts.
  • Gain exposure to business development activities, supporting efforts to expand client relationships.
  • Help ensure quality consultant care through communication and administrative assistance.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the recruiting and business development processes.
