As a new Recruiter at HireLevel, you can expect to hit the ground running in a fast-paced and vibrant environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, posting job openings across various platforms, and screening applicants to ensure a strong fit. You’ll engage in preliminary interviews, providing candidates a warm and professional experience that reflects our empathetic approach. Additionally, you will maintain and update our applicant tracking system, helping to streamline the recruitment process. Your schedule will be from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments while contributing to our high-performance culture. Expect a hands-on role where you will learn, adapt, and grow in the recruitment field while contributing to the overall success of our organization.
