In this role, you will work closely with job seekers by sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting them throughout their assignments, while providing exceptional customer service.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of three years of experience in a related field
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Creative, outgoing, and energetic, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding goals

Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and screening to ensure client job orders are filled with high-quality talent
Networking and building connections to grow the candidate pool
Conducting orientations and processing new-hire (Talent) paperwork

Benefits

Competitive compensation, including base salary and commission
Minimum starting base salary of $55,000 annually, plus monthly commission based on gross profit dollars generated through recruiting
