We are looking for a Recruiter who is passionate about finding the best people to join our elite team. Job Summary: The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in our company’s growth, responsible for identifying, vetting, and hiring high-level talent to add to our security force. This position is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment and staffing process. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an agile problem-solver, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day presents new challenges. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within recruiting and human resources.

Requirements

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and interact successfully at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing assignments and deadlines with ease.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also a strong team player who can quickly adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A genuine passion for achieving results and continuously learning new skills.
  • Ability to commute between recruiting locations and our Branch Office within the region as needed
  • Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent GED) required
  • Minimum 1-3 years administrative, office, or customer service experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of recruiting and human resources principles
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of requisitions and applicants from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including databases, and networking.
  • Conduct comprehensive vetting and background checks to ensure all candidates meet our high standards for integrity and reliability.
  • Be the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the interview process, conducting thorough interviews, providing timely feedback, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with Directors to understand their needs, design compelling job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations, assist with onboarding paperwork, and ensure all documentation is accurate and confidential.
  • Actively engage with the candidate market to enhance our employer brand and build a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
  • Maintain precise records, manage communications, and adapt to evolving priorities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
