About The Position

Heritage Roofing & Construction is a fast-growing roofing company known for integrity, quality work, and a high-energy team culture. This is a great opportunity for someone with recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or early recruiting experience looking to grow into a full recruiter role. We’re looking for a Recruiter to help us hire motivated door-to-door sales representatives and project managers for our growing sales teams. This role is ideal for someone with early recruiting experience who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and managing a pipeline of candidates. If you have experience sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and working in an ATS , we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

• 6 months – 2 years of recruiting, recruiting coordinator, or HR recruiting experience
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Experience sourcing candidates on job boards or LinkedIn
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple candidates
• Comfortable interviewing candidates via video
• some recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience
• Enjoy talking to candidates and building relationships
• Like working in a fast-paced hiring environment
• Want to grow your career in recruiting or talent acquisition

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and outreach
• Screen applicants and conduct video interviews
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage candidates and job postings in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Maintain a strong pipeline of sales candidates
• Explain the role, expectations, and earning potential to candidates
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and new-hire coordination
• Track candidate progress and recruiting activity
• Reviewing new applicants in the ATS
• Reaching out to potential candidates on job boards
• Conducting 5 –10 video interviews
• Scheduling interviews with hiring managers
• Following up with candidates about next steps
• Updating notes and candidate pipeline in the ATS
