Mission We are looking for a high ownership Recruiter to help build the team that will define the future of water autonomy. This role is not just about filling roles, it's about building the company. You will work directly with founders, engineers, and leaders to identify, attract, and close the kind of talent that changes industries. You will play a critical role in shaping the team that builds Vital Lyfe. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles Partner with interviewers to design effective interview processes and evaluation frameworks Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels Coordinate interviews and keep the process moving smoothly and efficiently Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting workflows in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure a thoughtful candidate experience from first contact through offer Support offer development, reference checks, and pre-employment steps as needed Help improve recruiting processes, workflows, and overall talent operations as we scale Act as a strong ambassador for the company and our culture throughout the hiring process Continuously build strong talent pipelines ahead of hiring demand What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and is excited to help build a company from the ground up.
