Responsibilities

Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels
Maintain staffing expectations and ensure workforce needs are met across all locations
Build genuine relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience
Screen applicants and schedule interviews efficiently
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Track new hires and ensure they are prepared for their first day
Provide clear onboarding details: start date, time, what to bring, uniform and dress code requirements
Communicate training expectations and materials for new team members
Send offer letters and follow up to confirm they are signed
Assist new hires with the digital onboarding process and ensure they understand each step
Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality
Use technology and tools to streamline recruiting processes
