About The Position

Scrunch is hiring an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across GTM, Product, and Engineering. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position for someone who knows how to run end-to-end recruiting and consistently close candidates in competitive markets. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and founders and represent our brand to candidates throughout the process.
Location: Remote
We are only offering Remote if you are located outside the NYC Metro area.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in startups or fast-growing tech companies
• Proven success recruiting for GTM (Sales/Marketing) and Software Engineering roles
• Strong track record of closing candidates in competitive technical and sales markets
• Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple high-priority searches
• Strong communication skills and confidence representing the company to senior candidates

• Experience using AI and modern recruiting tools to increase speed, efficiency, and consistency in hiring
• Comfortable experimenting with new technologies to improve sourcing quality, outreach personalization, and process efficiency
• Strong operational mindset with an interest in continuously improving recruiting workflows

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for non-technical (Sales, Marketing, Operations) and technical (Engineering, Product) roles
• Source, screen, and manage pipelines across multiple open roles simultaneously
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes
• Drive candidates through interview loops efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide clear, regular hiring updates to stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Confidently close candidates through offer stage, addressing objections and competing offers
• Deliver a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience from first outreach through signed offer
