Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR software.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with warehouse managers to identify staffing needs.
- Post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate pre-employment checks.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring all required documentation and safety training is completed.
- Maintain and organize recruiting and hiring records.
