Requirements

1+ year of full cycle recruiting experience for the junior level recruiter.
4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for the mid-level recruiter.
Proficiency in talent acquisition and recruitment methodologies.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Bachelor's Degree is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in human resources is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Conduct full cycle recruiting activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
