About The Position

The Recruiter is responsible for executing the full-cycle recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for Dart Bank. This role utilizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure a seamless hiring workflow, serves as the primary point of contact for applicants, and supports employer branding and recruiting events to build strong talent pipelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience preferred; banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manages full-cycle recruiting including posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and pre-employment screenings.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate data and up-to-candidate records within recruiting systems to ensure compliance with hiring policies.
  • Works closely with hiring teams, in partnership with the TA Specialist, to understand role requirements, success profiles, and business priorities to develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process, including market insights, candidate feedback, and recommendations to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Communicate regularly with hiring teams to provide updates, feedback, and recommendations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Builds and maintains talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conducts proactive outreach to passive candidates.
  • Attends job fairs and recruiting events; manages recruitment materials.
  • Maintains accurate and complete personnel records in accordance with confidentiality and retention requirements.
  • Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
  • Other duties as assigned.
