About The Position

Agora is seeking a Recruiter to join our team. This individual will support the Human Resources department with a primary focus on full-cycle recruitment while also contributing to broader people and organizational initiatives. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across the organization while ensuring a positive candidate and new hire experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
Experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple departments.
Strong knowledge of behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of professional roles.

Nice To Haves

Experience with UKG (Ultimate Software) or another applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Ensure the timely hiring of high-quality candidates to support the organization’s current and future business needs.
Proactively source and attract candidates through job postings, networking, referrals, and talent pipeline development.
Conduct behavioral-based interviews and evaluate candidates against role requirements and organizational culture.
Coordinate interviews and recruitment logistics while ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
Manage pre-employment processes, including reference checks, background screenings, and offer documentation.
Represent and promote the Agora brand to prospective candidates through networking, events, and recruiting initiatives.
Plan and support recruiting events and talent outreach efforts to build strong candidate pipelines.
Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers regarding candidate progress, interview feedback, and hiring timelines.
Support employer branding initiatives, including social media recruiting content and talent marketing efforts.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth and engaging transition into the organization.
Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring SLAs to support continuous improvement.
Assist with HR programs and initiatives that support the broader employee lifecycle.
