Compensation Package: Base salary starting at $60,000 + Monthly Bonus Incentive We're looking for a high-drive, people-obsessed Recruiter to join our recruiting team. This is a full-cycle, high-volume role where you'll be sourcing, engaging, and hiring talent across both Sales, Production, Management, and Support Teams for a growing brand. You'll work fast, manage multiple reqs, and partner closely with hiring managers to keep the pipeline moving. This is not a passive posting-and-waiting role. You will be in it. Building relationships, filling calendars, and owning your results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle, high-volume sales recruiting experience required
  • ATS experience required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously across multiple states
  • Strong communicator who follows through every single time
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment where priorities shift and speed matters
  • Data-driven mindset: you track your activity and know your numbers
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but is not limited to, a felony/misdemeanor background check and/or a motor vehicle records check

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer for Sales, Production, Management, and Support Team roles across multiple Thrasher Group markets
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines that stay healthy, active, and ahead of demand
  • Partner directly with Regional Managers and Hiring Managers to understand their needs and deliver
  • Track and report on pipeline activity, candidate flow, and key recruiting metrics consistently
  • Keep candidates engaged and moving through the process with clear, timely communication
  • Operate with a sense of urgency. High volume means every day counts
