The Lucas Museum of Narrative Art is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join the People & Culture team. Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO), the Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates across multiple departments while maintaining an exemplary, equitable, and engaging hiring process and candidate experience. This role plays a critical part in attracting top talent, building strong candidate relationships, and developing robust talent pipelines to support the museumâs continued growth. The Recruiter will support hiring across a broad range of departments, including Visitor Services, Retail, Revenue & Engagement, Security, and Operations, as well as Curatorial, Education and Public Programs, Marketing and Communications, Technology, Finance, and other administrative functions. The successful candidate will bring a passion for advancing arts and cultural institutions in Los Angeles and demonstrate strong alignment with the museumâs mission, values, and vision.
