About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, connecting top-tier talent with innovative technology companies. As a Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end hiring process, working closely with multiple clients and candidates simultaneously while ensuring speed, quality, and a strong experience for all parties. You will leverage data-driven approaches and AI-powered tools to match candidates effectively, provide insights to leadership, and contribute to the evolution of a cutting-edge recruitment platform. This position requires autonomy, strategic thinking, and execution excellence, making it ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on impact and accountability. You will operate in a dynamic environment where your performance directly influences talent acquisition outcomes and organizational growth.

Requirements

  • 2–8 years of experience in recruiting agencies or headhunting firms (not an in-house TA role)
  • Direct experience recruiting U.S.-based clients and candidates
  • Familiarity with tech startup roles, including Software, Data, AI, Product, Sales, Growth, RevOps, and Marketing
  • Strong ability to quantify recruiting performance (placements, conversion rates, revenue)
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working 50 hours per week in a high-velocity, results-driven environment

  • experience with AI-driven recruiting tools, automation, or advanced ATS platforms, and process/system-oriented thinking

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete recruiting lifecycle, including candidate engagement, screening, interviews, and offer management
  • Match candidates to high-growth technology roles across engineering, product, and go-to-market functions
  • Manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
  • Optimize recruiting performance by improving funnel conversion, maintaining accurate pipelines, and refining outreach and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with founders and leadership, sharing insights and supporting the development of AI-driven hiring tools
  • Ensure high-quality communication, rapid execution, and strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
