About The Position

Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and hiring criteria Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build diverse and qualified candidate pipelines Post job openings across appropriate platforms and manage recruitment marketing efforts Review resumes and applications to identify top candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews; support interview preparation and feedback collection Conduct phone screens and participate in interviews with hiring teams Guide hiring managers through the selection process and provide market insights Assist in developing competitive offers including salary recommendations and start dates Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes and strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting across multiple roles and departments strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
  • Strategic sourcing and talent pipeline development experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
