About The Position

Cheetah Clean Auto Wash, the Fastest Car Wash on Land, is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our team in Bowling Green, KY. Established in 2007, Cheetah Clean Auto Wash has grown into one of the fastest-growing car wash brands in today’s market. With 16 established locations across Kentucky and Tennessee and more locations on the way, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated recruiter to help us attract top talent. Requirements

  • 2–3 years of recruiting, HR, or business-related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and basic employment laws.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and leadership teams.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Occasional travel to company locations may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain job postings across multiple hiring platforms.
  • Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for open positions across company locations.
  • Build strong and productive relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Conduct phone screens and assist in coordinating interviews throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Track candidate progress and keep applicants informed of their application status.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Assist with recruiting initiatives, including participation in job fairs and hiring events (both in-person and virtual).
  • Provide onboarding support to ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and assist with reporting and recruitment metrics.
