About The Position

England Logistics is looking for a corporate recruiter to join our recruiting team. We are one of the fastest growing transportation logistics companies in North America. We are looking for a talented and charismatic recruiter to help us primarily hire sales professionals at England Logistics.

Requirements

• A great attitude and work ethic.
• Persuasive, professional recruiting and interviewing skills.
• Excellent sourcing and proactive recruiting skills utilizing Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Successful background in candidate sourcing, recruiting and hiring 5+ new hires per month.
• The ability to connect with people and create relationships over the phone quickly.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Must live in Utah, near Salt Lake City.
• This is primarily an in office role.

• Prefer experience with recruiting across multiple states and office locations.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for recruiting great employees to England Logistics in multiple states.
• You will prospect and source for new candidates on Indeed and LinkedIn.
• You will promptly respond to and interview qualified candidates that apply for jobs and England Logistics.
• You will make lots of new friends and help drive new employee referrals from our current team.
• You will schedule interviews with hiring managers, communicate promptly and follow up with leaders and candidates to insure a positive hiring experience.
• You will represent England Logistics at university career events and job fairs.
• You will be coachable and accountable to company and individual hiring goals.

Benefits

• First year high performer total compensation: $75k - $85k+
• First year average performance total compensation: $65k - $75k
• Starting base salary of $55,000, plus uncapped hiring bonuses for all of your recruited hires.
