Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Human Resources or related field or years of experience in lieu of degree
  • While we will offer on-the-job training, preference is for at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a fast paced, full life cycle recruiting environment
  • UltiPro ATS and HRIS experience highly preferred
  • Technology savvy with demonstrated proficiency in all MS Office applications (Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
  • Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize workload independently
  • Multi-tasker who can work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Proficient working with HRIS and application tracking systems, or able to learn quickly
  • Ability to contribute ideas for creative recruiting techniques

Nice To Haves

  • UltiPro ATS and HRIS experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting (including sourcing, phone interviews, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks)
  • Ensures timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers
  • Manages the job posting process and posts/updates open positions on a variety of web sites
  • Helps initiate the hiring process by identifying and screening qualified candidates for various employment opportunities
  • Must be able to travel to all retail locations
