SCHEDULE DETAILS: Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. May need to work on weekends and/or holidays based on the business needs. This position is a hybrid work and candidate must resides on the island of Hawaii and available to travel as needed for hiring events and trainings.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Prior experience in recruiting
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel locally or out of state to attend hiring events and job fairs
  • Must be local on the Big Island

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Japanese
  • Strong planning and organizational skills using the ability to set priorities, plan, and coordinate events

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, network, and market our open job opportunities to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Use existing tools and technology to source, evaluate, interview, and present a slate of qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration
  • Ensure regular communication with the client to provide updates on status and progress
  • Attend community and/or diversity organizations, colleges, and local events and job fairs
  • Support company-wide initiatives by serving on special projects within Talent Acquisition Services
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
