The Talent Acquisition team is expanding, and your skills are needed to support the high growth at Kentik. You’ll join a small but highly dedicated team of professionals who have end-to-end responsibilities to deliver the highest quality talent to fuel Kentik’s growth. We collaborate, support, and enhance each other's skills while becoming a trusted partner to the teams we support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS B2B or fast-paced tech environment
  • Proven success in recruiting for a variety of revenue-generating roles, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Startup experience or experience at an organization in hyper-growth mode
  • Experienced in identifying, developing, and maintaining pipelines of passive and active candidates
  • Experience implementing sourcing strategies that are aligned with Kentik’s DE&I initiatives
  • Strong communicator, ensuring there are open lines of communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview lifecycle, with a focus on candidate experience throughout the entire process
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and challenge hiring assumptions using data-driven market insights
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging modern social media platforms to build a candidate pipeline
  • A passion for partnering and advising internal business leaders and teams to truly understand their needs and culture in order to introduce “on target” talent
  • Ability to manage requisitions across multiple departments and geographies simultaneously, while delivering talent within tight hiring deadlines
  • Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented with proven ability to prioritize and adjust to business needs in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on process efficiency, speed, and using data (e.g., Time to Fill) to identify and implement improvements.
  • Expert knowledge and usage of the Greenhouse applicant tracking system
  • Comfort working through ambiguity while keeping a high bar for quality and follow-throug

Responsibilities

  • Drive talent acquisition for high-impact, revenue-generating roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering), ensuring a deep understanding of the unique requirements for these critical functions.
  • Deeply understand overall hiring needs, and partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies in multiple geographies.
  • Ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates to meet hiring goals.
  • Effectively evaluate direct applicants for fit and source passive candidates through multiple channels.
  • Become a valued and trusted partner/mentor to the business units you support.
  • Interact and partner with the People Team to keep them informed of TA initiatives and processes.
  • Consider all applicants as potential resources, treat them with respect, and keep them well-informed during the interview process.
  • Develop and share best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment effectiveness, with a specific focus on optimizing workflows to reduce Time to Fill (TTF).
  • Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of driving measurable results through strategic and effective use of LinkedIn for prospecting, networking, and brand engagement.
